The Korean Cultural Festival will be held in Brisbane this Saturday, inviting everyone to celebrate Korean heritage, foods and cultural performances.
This one day event will give you a chance to see traditional Korean performances, much acclaimed Taekwondo showcase as well as the beloved Korean K-Pop while eating your way through mouth-watering Korean street foods.
While not particularly a new community to Australia, the Korean community has seen a 27% increase in population in Australia since the 2011 ABS Census while Queensland, with the third largest Korean community, has seen a 35% increase over the past six years. It’s certain that the Korean Cultural Festival will become bigger!
