Our founder Pino Migliorino will be delivering a keynote speech at the 2017 Digital Inclusion for Diverse Communities Seminar today, 29th March in Melbourne.
The theme of the seminar is an exploration of programs, services and resources for multicultural communities held by the Public Libraries Victoria Network’s Multicultural Services and Programs Special Interest Group.
As a prominent voice in Australia’s multicultural sector, Pino will be sharing his insights into digital literacy within the CALD community and CALD community inclusion, bridging the digital divide for culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
Pino founded Cultural Perspectives 1994. He has worked in ethnic and multicultural affairs across a range of jurisdictions and organisations in both the government and non-government sectors. Under his leadership, Cultural Perspectives has excelled as an expert provider of research in both non-English communities and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Pino is acknowledged as one of the pre-eminent voices in Australia’s multicultural society.
