We recognise the hard work of SESLHD and their partners, Central and Eastern Primary Health Network, Advance Diversity Services, Sydney Multicultural Community Services and Gymea Community Aid and Information Centre, in bringing together this event.

Diversewerks really enjoyed working with SESLHD on the co-design of the project, which allowed us to hear from community members and service providers on their experiences and insights. This methodology gave us a comprehensive assessment of new and emerging communities in the SESLHD, and will lead to additional support and targeted programs to meet their needs.
