The Italian Food + Wine Festival will be on 25th June in Melbourne and on 27th August in Sydney this year, celebrating everything Italian.
Last Friday, 2nd June was the Italian National Day which commemorated the day in 1946 when Italians voted to abolish the monarchy and the Republic of Italy was born. This event was marked in Australia by celebrations held by the Italian embassy.
What’s more, in Australia we celebrate what Italian migrants have brought to our country. Created in 2013, the Italian Food + Wine Festival celebrates Italian culture by presenting authentic Italian food, quality wineries, renowned chefs, inviting guests to explore the rich offerings by region.
