The Ipswich Festival, held annually in Ipswich, is a celebration of local and national talent, Ipswich heritage and community spirit.
Running from 4 to 14 May, the 2017 Ipswich Festival presents a Global Fiesta on 13 May, inviting you to enjoy a vibrant mix of world music, dance, international cuisine, unique stalls, workshops and activities as the city celebrates its cultural diversity.
With so much cultural experience and offerings, you can create your own unique experience at the Global Fiesta: Will you get a henna tattoo and African hair braiding, then jump into a group Bollywood dance?
Or will you create your own Hawaiian Lei or a drum song after a Brazilian music show? Or for the foodies, will you be interesting in learning some traditional Chinese cooking from celebrity Master Chefs and taste the Japanese Sushi on offer?
