Sydney’s trendy arts venue Carriageworks, is to present the Chinese New Year Night Market to mark the most prominent cultural occassion in partnership with celebrity chef Kylie Kwong and the Sydney Festival. Kylie’s vision “is to create a melting pot of multi-cultural food dishes that all the foodies are to be inspired with a dish with their own unique style with an Asian twist.” The market will host 50 plus stalls featuring innovative Asian fusion. Great way to celebrate the 2017 Chinese New Year!
