With a background in social policy and human resources/industrial relations, Rea provides valuable experience in staff and workplace development.
At Cultural Perspectives Rea has held significant roles across several projects such as data collection and analysis, strategic reporting and development, culturally appropriate material development on sensitive topics such as domestic and family violence, effective stakeholder engagement and management with demonstrated capability for coordinating and supporting project tasks in working across multiple policy contexts including health, disability, multiculturalism and workers’ rights.
Rea strives toward promoting an equitable and accepting community for individuals across all backgrounds and cultures having witnessed first-hand many of the issues that individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds face within different areas of the community for social development and change.
