Issue:
Our client needed to determine the needs of culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) people and how to best meet them. They called on our expertise to develop a consultative methodology and to maximise sector specific involvement with a key event strategy.

Solution:
DiverseWerks activated our widespread and well-established community networks to identify and attract all key community stakeholders, community advocates and mainstream service organisations to ADHC's strategy event. An effective 'world cafe' approach ensured all participants contributed to a draft CALD Responsiveness Framework developed by DiverseWerks.

Results:
All key stakeholders endorsed the workshop’s outcomes, ensuring the development of a comprehensive draft Ability Links NSW Responsiveness Framework.
