South West Sydney Legal Centre engaged DiverseWerks to create the organisation's strategic plan.

Solution: 
A one-day planning session was held with the staff and executive of South West Sydney Legal Centre to discern the organisation's strategic actions and directions. The day was necessary to ensure the strategic plan was consistent with the organisation's strengths, values and narrative.

Results: 
DiverseWerks created a comprehensive strategic plan that is reflective of South West Sydney Legal Centre's organisational structure, strategic objectives and overall vision.
