Diversity Responsiveness Framework

Issue: 
Catholic Community Services approached DiverseWerks to advise on and develop a principal Diversity Responsiveness Framework (DRF) that would include a range of methods and approaches.

Solution: 
DiverseWerks undertook an organisational assessment of Catholic Community Services with respect to its current level of responsiveness capability. This assessment also included the recommendation of approaches and strategies to address any identified gaps.

Results: 
DiverseWerks provided a comprehensive cultural diversity responsiveness assessment of Catholic Community Services. This included the assessment framework, the results and evidence base of performance against this framework, as well as clear recommendations on how to address gaps or deficits identified.
